REASSEMBLING THE FRONT WHEEL
Fit the L.H. spacer (D) on the wheel hub.
TE: Fit the wheel between the fork legs so as to set the
brake disc into the calliper.
SMS: Fit the wheel between the fork legs.
Fit the wheel axle (2) from the R.H. side, after greasing
it and push it fully home against the L.H. fork leg; during
this operation, the wheel should be turned. Tighten the
screw (3) on the fork L.H. side but DO NOT lock it.
Now, pump for a while, pushing the handlebar down-
wards until you are sure that the fork legs are perfectly
aligned. Lock: the screws (1) on the R.H. leg (7.67 ft-lb),
the screw (3) on the L.H. side (37.95 ft-lb), the screws (1)
on the L.H. leg (7.67 ft-lb).
SMS: fit the brake calliper on the disc; assemble the cal-
liper on its mounting plate and tighten the two screws (A)
at 25.5 Nm/ 2.6 Kgm/ 18.8 ft-lb. Ensure that the brake
disc slides between the calliper pads without any friction
or hard spots.

*:
After reassembly, pull the brake control lever until the
pads are against the brake disc.
