Explanation:

An attached OSI server received a not-operational primitive sequence (NOS).

Action:

A LIR is generated and sent to the attached server using the reporting procedure
defined in T11/99-017v0 (OSI). If fault isolation at the server does not detect a failure,
the problem may be due to a port failure. Go to

while waiting for the appropriate response (while in a NOS receive state and after NOS
