Explanation:

A switch port could not win loop arbitration within the specified loop protocol time out 
value (LP_TOV).

Action:

Switch firmware reinitializes the arbitrated loop. No user action required.

reporting procedure defined in T11/99-017v0 (OSI). If fault isolation at the server does 
not detect a failure, the problem may be due to a port failure. Go to
