146iQ Instruction Manual

Thermo Scientific

Use the following procedure to replace the mixing chamber.

Equipment required:

Phillips drive, #2

Hex drive, 9/64

Adjustable wrenches, qty 2

Turn instrument OFF, unplug power cord, and remove the cover
(

Figure 2–1

Using two Adjustable wrenches (one to hold fitting body and one to
loosen the nut), disconnect plumbing 3X.

Using 3/32 hex drive, loosen the two setscrews (detail ‘A’).

Pull mixing chamber upwards.

Using adjustable wrench, disconnect tee fitting as shown.

Replace mixing chamber and reassemble in reverse order.
