Note In the case of GPT NO

, the set value is the concentration of NO
calculated by the manually entered NO gas slow and zero flow. ▲

Gas Flow: The user sets the MFC gas flow under the Set Value
column. Measured value displays to the right under the Measured
Value column. The lowest allowable flow setting for the MFCs is
4%.
Note In the case of GPT NO
2
, the gas flow indicated is the flow of NO
required for GPT. ▲

Zero Flow: The user sets the MFC zero flow under the Set Value
column. Measured value displays to the right under the Measured
Value column. A lower limit of 4% of the lowest MFC range is
enforced for zero flow. However, the zero MFC can be set to 0
sccm to be able to supply straight tank concentration.

Ozone Undiluted: User sets the undiluted ozone concentration
under the Set Value column, if installed. Measured value displays to
the right under the Measured Value column. Undiluted ozone is
the output from the ozonator prior to dilution by the zero air.

Ozone Diluted: Displays diluted ozone concentration under the Set
Value column, if installed. Measured value displays to the right
under the Measured Value column. Diluted ozone is the ozone
concentration at the output manifold.

Photometer: User can choose either Off, Internal, External, or
Control, if installed.
