Calibration of the Ozone Generator

2. Confirm that the bulkhead labeled ‘To Analyzer’ is closed off, so that
the Internal Photometer is the only bench/analyzer drawing flow from
the output manifold, and the surplus flow is exhausted.
3. Prior to the calibration, confirm that the Internal Photometer is reading
~0 ppb on zero air. It is also recommended that the Photometer be set
to a long averaging time such as 300 seconds (See “
Operation ” chapter
on how to view/set Photometer averaging time).
4. Proceed to Calibration>Ozonator Calibration> Continue to Ozonator

5. Press ‘Start’ to start the automatic ozone generator calibration. The
calibration may take as long as 60 minutes if the 300 second averaging
time is chosen. Stay on this screen until a popup conveying successful
completion of the calibration is displayed. Exiting this screen when the
‘Start’ button is highlighted will prematurely end the calibration.
