Permeation K: User enters the permeation constant for the
permeation gas. The permeation constant K is calculated as K =
(24.45/Molecular Weight of the gas).
●
Permeation Rate: User enters the permeation rate of the permeation
tube at the operational temperature in ng/min.
●
Temperature Setpoint: User chooses the temperature setpoint for the
permeation oven. The temperature setpoint can be sest to 30, 35,
or 45 degrees C.
●
Undiluted Concentration: Displays the calculated permeation oven
concentration output based on the user entered parameters and
measured flow through the permeation oven.
●
Zero Flow Mode: User enters the zero mode air flow in sccm.
●
Span 1–6: User sets the desired permeation oven diluted span
concentrations for permeation oven span operation. The total flow
is calculated based on the desired permeation oven concentration
and acceptable zero MFC operation range, and is displayed in the
“Total Flow (sccm)” column.
