At the first, the user dialog looks as follows:

When neither user nor password has been assigned, the dialog is confirmed with OK. 

A dialog appears with the password prompt of the preset administrator (Admin 

default). If a user has already been created, the dialog for user management can be 
started directly with the "User Management" button.
