The costs for the return are borne by the sender. The parcel must be insured in

accordance with the value of the device. REA Elektronik GmbH or the respective
representative will return the device free of charge after the repair under guarantee.

Express deliveries can be made on request. Any additional costs are always invoiced
on a time and material basis.

Customer service after the expiration of the guarantee period

If you have any questions regarding customer service, please contact REA Elektronik

GmbH or its representative in charge of your area. On the REA Web site, you’ll find a
document that indicates the status of the device. Devices no longer manufactured

are taken from repair support after the period specified there.

General guarantee terms

REA Elektronik GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect incidental or consequential
damage, including damage that results in loss of profit or production downtimes,

delivery delays, loss of material, increased operating or transaction costs, etc.

In addition to these provisions, the General Terms and Condition of the manufacturer
REA Elektronik GmbH apply.
