Also the two transformation options shall be enabled for DPM codes only. This setting

is not according to ISO/IEC 15415.

Coordinate Transformation:

Activating this function is useful for 2D codes applied to cylindrical parts. A distortion

of the codes caused by the radius of the part is compensated by coordinate
transformation. It is planned to use this function for checking in production, as

inaccuracies in the alignment of the code may occur. The approval of printing

layout/laser marking should be based on a measurement without activating the
coordinate transformation.

Reflectance Transformation:

If enabled, bright spots on very glossy metal material will be ignored for verification.

Symbology selection

The symbology selection determines which of the symbologies and with which
respective properties they are verified. The selection and the properties determine

the respective use.
