User management
12.7.1
Simple user name
The setting "TransWin32 User …" is a pure text replacement for the names of the
respectively logged-in Windows users. If the user is not entered in the TransWin32
setting, the user name of the Windows user account appears in the printed test
report. If there is an entry, this setting is always included as user in the test reports.
In a next software version, this menu item will be moved into the "User and
password" dialog box.
12.7.2
Simple password
Independently of the simple user names, there is a simple password protection.
The setting can be accessed under "Configure / Others / User and Password Setting".
In the displayed setting, the simple password protection is active. In this mode, all
settings, except for the profile selection, are inaccessible for the user without a
password.
