Export limitations
The technology concerning the crypto key protection of the software falls under and
complies to the export limitations of the German Council for Economy and Export
(BAFA)
This ensures the following:
-
That the software or any parts thereof ("restricted components") are not
exported to any natural or legal person, where the export limitations are also
adherent and apply.
-
That expecially, no software limited components, can be designated to any
restricted country, to which the limited export conditions and restrictions apply
to, by means of, or through, a currently residing citizen, to a person of the
country concerned, of whom you know about or suspect, to intend to be using
the limited components to develop, design, construct or manufacture nuclear,
chemical or biological warfare products - or to a natural or legal person, to
whom the export, or involvement thereof, has been restricted or forbidden.
-
That neither the German Council for Economy and Export nor any other
authority has ruled out denied or declined any of the exporting rights.
