END-USER LICENCE AGREEMENT
for the use of this REA Elektronik application
Software termed as software in the following, a product of REA Elektronik GmbH,
Teichwiesenstrasse 1, D-64367 Mühltal, Germany, termed as REA in the following.

Please read this license agreement carefully before installing the software.
This end-user license agreement is a law binding agreement between yourself (either
as an unstudied or as a juristically qualified person) and REA for the use of the REA
software as described above and the documentation thereof, either in digital or in
printed format.
The software also comprises updates and amendments for the originally delivered
software.
When installing, copying, downloading, accessing or using the software, you are in
agreement with the terms and conditions of this license agreement. Should you not
agree to any of the terms or conditions as described in this agreement, you are not
authorized to install or use the software.
Attention is brought to the fact that, according to today's technical levels and the
possibilities provided, it is not possible to compile computer software which ensures
that any errors can be excluded with different combinations of applications.
The contents of this agreement are only in the sense of the description and operating
manual of the software principally used.
The software agreement is also valid under any warranty terms and conditions.
The proprietary software is licensed and not given away as a gift; it remains the
property of REA.
Installations on multiple PCs are allowed.
The device may completely be resold with hardware and software, for example in
used condition. In this case, the license conditions described in this whole chapter 18
are passed on to the buyer.
