(b) Baud rate generator control register 0 (BRGC0)
The BRGC0 register is an 8-bit register that controls the baud rate (serial transfer speed) of UART0.
This register can be read/written in 8-bit units.
Caution
If the MDL7 to MDL0 bits are to be overwritten, the TXE0 bit and RXE0 bit of the ASIM0
register should be set to 0 first.
