10.3.5 INTERFACE <mgmt-port> PING Command

The

INTERFACE <mgmt-port> PING

command sends PING on the management

interface. Ping verifies whether a particular IP address exists and can accept

requests. The

INTERFACE <mgmt-port> PING

command can be used to help

debug network connections made with respect to the SIP profile and policy

configurations. The required minimum access level is Read for this command. The

command syntax is as follows:

INTERFACE <mgmt-port> PING [<interval>] [<pattern>] [<packetsize>] <pinghost>
