9.8.4 INVENTORY PEM [<pem>] Command

The

INVENTORY PEM [<pem>]

command reads and displays information for the

Packet Voice Processor power entry modules. There are 4 PEMs per Packet Voice

Processor shelf and they are located on the back of the shelf (

Figure 9-3

The minimum access level for this command is Read. The command syntax is as

follows:

INVENTORY PEM [<pem>]

Entering this command without an argument displays information for all 4 PEMs.

Power Entry Module 1 (PEM 1) is the module located in the far left slot when directly

facing the back of the Packet Voice Processor. Power Entry Module 2 (PEM 2) is the

controller located in the next left slot (second from the left) when directly facing the

back of the Packet Voice Processor. Power Entry Module 3 (PEM 3) is the module

located in the next left slot (third from the left) slot when directly facing the back of the

Packet Voice Processor. Power Entry Module 4 (PEM 4) is the module located in the

far right slot when directly facing the back of the Packet Voice Processor.
