Point & point

Place the desired target grid with world coordinate system orientation into the Vision Sensor's field of

view. If a

SmartGrid is

used for this purpose, only the chessboard pattern is used; other information

(reference point, orientation, units) is ignored.

Press the

Edit button

Select the

Point and point method.

Now move both reference points to a mark of your choice.

Assign coordinates to each of the reference points.

Determine the orientation for the coordinate system (left-handed / right-handed).

NOTE

The overlaid coordinate system only specifies the orientations (X,Y) and does not
necessarily show the zero point!

Press the

Transfer to device button.

The programmed coordinates will be transferred to the Vision

Sensor.
