NOTE

For devices with integrated Industrial Ethernet:

In the case of feature checks from the identification area, especially with code that is
difficult to read, there can be slight deviations in the calculation of results between

Application Suite

and device. This is due to slight rounding differences caused by

platforms that are technologically different. The results displayed after the device is
activated are decisive.

12.4.1 Barcode

With this feature check barcodes can be read. In addition, the quality of the barcode can be determined
according to ISO/IEC 15416.

This feature check supports external Teach. Here the parameters are adjusted for the identification and the
expected value adopted.


