13.4 External Teach

External Teach adjusts the switching thresholds and models in the feature checks so that the evaluations
have OK as the result. External Teach is used if the product changes or there are new product versions.

The digital input “Teach" must be in the "active high" state at the trigger point.

To use external Teach,

Use External Teach:

Must be activated for the corresponding feature checks.

External Teach is then triggered simultaneously for all appropriate feature checks.

Job changes are only stored temporarily until the device is deactivated. If you want to retain the settings, you
must activate

the option “

Save changed parameters from External Teach or process SP interface command

to the devic
