Configuring the Application Suite 

1. 

Open the 

Application Suite

 and create a new job with any chosen feature check. 

 
Configure the process interface message that is to be transmitted to the PLC. 

 

2.

 

Save the job on the Vision Sensor. 
 
Activate the Vision Sensor.

 

 

3. 

The process interface message will be sent to 
the PLC and the sent data can be monitored 
via 

Controller tags

.

 

 

 

NOTE 

 

In order to ensure data consistency in 
the PLC, we recommend the use of the 
CPS (Synchronous Copy File) command 
when planning using the Rockwell 
planning software.
