IP Record Collection 

This option is used to select the IP Record Collection protocol.  Toggle this to NEC NEAX2400. 

 

Store Collected Data In 

This field sets

 the data file in which to store records received via IPRC.  The default setting is FILE1. 

 

Data Alarm/Filter Enable 

This is an ON/OFF toggle to enable alarming or filtering of incoming data. 

 

Target Name 

This is a text field to name the switch and is used in the alarm messages.  The default name is IPRC 1. 

 

Hostname/IP Address 

This field is used to set the IP address or Hostname of the switch. 

 

Port 

This field is used to define the listening port of the switch.  The TeleBoss is set to the same default port as the 

switch, 60010.  This port number must match on both devices. 

 

Request Period (seconds) 

This sets the request period in seconds for collecing the CDR data.  The default setting is 5 seconds. 

 

Device Number 

The Device Number ranges from 0 to 3 (The default is 0 on the unit) and controls what kind of data the unit 

retrieves from the switch; refer to the NEAX2400 SMDR reference manual for details. 

 

Time Stamping 

This is an ON/OFF switch to add timestaps to the records.  The default is OFF. 

 

 

IP Record Collection Settings as accessed via Web UI 

These IP Record Collection settings can be configured using the Web GUI, by navigating to Networking in the 

Settings Menu and selecting IP Record Collection.  Use the drop down menu to select the type of server you 

will be collecting records from.
