CCM 4 

The TeleBoss supports the Cisco CallManager 4.x software.  This method involves querying the Cisco 

CallManager database using SQL commands.  The database contains many different fields that may not be 

useful to a system administrator.  The TeleBoss allows an administrator to use a configuration file that selects 

exactly which fields to retrieve from the Cisco CallManager database.

IP Record Collection 

This option is used to select the IP Record Collection protocol.  Setting this to something other than OFF 

enables IP Record Collection and displayes the settings needed for that protocol. 

 

Store Collected Data In 

This field sets

 the data file in which to store records received via IPRC.  The default setting is FILE1. 

 

Data Alarm/Filter Enable 

This is an ON/OFF toggle to set whether configured Data Alarms or Filters will be applied to the incoming 

data.  The default setting is OFF. 

 

Target Name 

This is a text field to name the switch and is used in the alarm messages.  The default name is IPRC 1.
