Setup Line Numbers
This option will allow you to enter the telephone numbers (directory numbers) of the ISDN lines that the World-
Cast Equinox unit is connected to.
Programming unit line numbers
Use the
or
keys to highlight the number you want to change and press
Ent
. You can now overtype the
displayed information (you can use
Esc/Del
key as a
keys). Press
Ent
to save the entry when finished. The
new number will now be displayed alongside the B channel index.

Setup Line SPIDs
This option will allow you to enter the SPID (Service Profile ID) values for the ISDN lines that the WorldCast
Equinox unit is connected to. This is used only of you are using a North American network.
Programming unit SPID numbers
Use the
or
keys to highlight the number you want to change and press
Ent
. You can now enter a new
SPID
– press
Ent
when finished. The new SPID will now be displayed alongside the B channel index.
Note:
The SPID may have a number of formats but frequently it consists of the 10 digit directory
number with “0101” appended to it e.g. 41567812340101.

This option allows you to select whether you want to send the calling party number (i.e. your number) to the
remote unit you are calling.
