– Opto/Remote

Configuring Opto/Remote inputs

Selecting Opto/Remote allows you to select whether the opto-coupler inputs or on screen NMS controls the
alarm relays of the remote unit. /relay information is embedded in the audio stream or sent using a separate IP
stream. Once selected the alarm relays are controlled by the remote unit opto-coupler inputs (assuming it it al-
so configured for remote status) and the local opto-coupler inputs control the alarm relays of the remote unit.

If you elect to use CMS to control the relays the following screen is displayed:-

To activate the relevant relay check the associated box.

Once you have entered the information click to configure the WorldCast
