. You will then be asked if you
want to save this profile.
This next screen allows you to select an inverse multiplexing mode for the unit.
Note that the NMS will not show Imux modes which are not applicable to the algorithm you have selected.
Choosing an inverse multiplexing mode
Use the
or keys to select the mode you require and press
Ent
to select. Clear/None is only applicable for
64k.
Mucas Imuxing is used for (e)aptx.
Clear/None is used for 64k Calls (MPEG and G7xx) where no inverse multiplexing is required.
CCS Imux is used for MPEG Layer 2 128k
H221 can be used from 64k to 256k on MPEG 2, 3 and 4 modes.
CDQ / H221 can be used up to 256k when interfacing with a Tokyo/Mayah product
Layer 3 Bonding will operate from 64k to 128k in MPEG L3 to another Equinox and most other Layer 3 sup-
ported units*
