The rule that classifies traffic flows. Ordering of the criteria is important. The system first compares
the layer 2 fields first, the layer 3 fields and then the protocol type.

• VLC1224G-41 does not support rule 14.
• VLC1324G-51 does not support rule 14.
• Only one rate limit through ACL per PVC or per port.
