Effect on the System
The E1 receive relay signal carried by the TU is interrupted.
Possible Causes
1.
The upstream E1 signal sent to NR8250 equipment is invalid, that is, every bit in the
signal is "1".
2.
The RTUA/RTUB/RTUC/RTUH board that reports the alarm is faulty.
Handling Procedure
1.
Check whether the upstream device has an AIS alarm.
l
If yes, troubleshoot the faulty device. Replace the faulty board.
l
If no, go to step 2.
2.
The alarm is caused by RTUA/RTUB/RTUC/RTUH board failure. Replace the board.
