ZXMW NR8250 Alarm and Notification Handling Reference

Sub-code 10: STM-1 of optical port 2 (LMT displays "2STM-1").

Effect on the System

The signal transmitted on the SDH link is interrupted.

Possible Causes

C2 of the upstream service is configured incorrectly.

The RTUB board that reports the alarm is faulty.

Handling Procedure

Check whether the C2 of upstream equipment is configured correctly.

If yes, modify the C2 and issue it again.

If no, go to step 2.

The alarm is caused by RTUB board failure. Replace the board.
