Handling Procedure

Ensure that the entire table configuration file is complete. If it is not complete, use a

complete file to replace it.

Notification Information: The notification is reported if the Outdoor Unit (

ODU

) soft-

ware is upgraded through local Indoor Unit (

IDU

) or in File Transfer Protocol (

FTP

)

mode.

Notification Type: Handling Alarm

Sub-code Description

Sub-code 0: Upgrading fails;

Sub-code 1: Upgrading succeeds.

Effect on the System

This notification is due to that users upgrade software manually. It does not affect the

services.

Possible Causes

If software upgrading through IDU fails, the alarm may be due to that version files are

incomplete or incorrect.

If software upgrading in FTP mode fails, the alarm may be due to that the FTP server

setting or FTP software setting is incorrect, the version files are incomplete or incorrect.

Handling Procedure

It is a notification that notifies users to upgrade the ODU software manually.

If the software upgrading through IDU fails, ensure that the ODU software version files

saved in IDU flash memory are correct and complete.

If the software upgrading in FTP mode fails, ensure that:

The IP address of the FTP server is set correctly.

The user name and password of the FTP software are set correctly.

The new software files are correct and complete.
