ZXMW NR8250 Alarm and Notification Handling Reference

The board cannot operate properly, and the services carried by the board are

interrupted.

Possible Causes

The running software is damaged.

The running software is lost.

The running software does not exist in the software package (no corresponding SWID).

Handling Procedure

In the software version management window, select

Maintenance > Version > IDU

re-download the correct software version package.

2.3.9 6209 Main control software version synchronization failure

Alarm Property

Alarm Code: 6209

Alarm Information: If the active main control board fails to synchroize its software

version with that of the standby main control board, the alarm is reported.

Alarm Level: Major

Alarm Type: Handling Alarm

Sub-code Description

Sub-code 0: CPU software

Sub-code 1: FPGA software

Effect on the System

The active/standby changeover cannot be implemented.

Possible Causes

The software version of the main control board is incorrect.

The hard disk space of the standby main control board is insufficient.

The standby main control board is faulty.

Handling Procedure

Delete the redundant files on the standby main control board. If the alarm persists, go

to step 2.

Replace the board.
