Add ATP to Analog ARC

If a connection between the SPC panel and RCT (for example, SPC Com XT) goes down, FlexC has
the ability to switch to a backup ATP connection between the SPC panel and an Analog ARC. You can
configure up to 10 ATPs for each ATS.

1. To configure an ATP between an SPC panel and an Analog ARC, click the button
