Hardware Requirements

The back tamper kit (SPCY130) must be installed for panels and power supplies for compliance with
EN50131 Grade 3.

EN50131 Grade 3 compliant components must be installed for EN50131 Grade 3 compliant
systems.

Either EN50131Grade 2 or 3 compliant components must be installed for EN50131 Grade 2
compliant systems.

It is not possible to enrol a wireless device with a signal strength lower than 3.

The recommended ratio of wireless receivers to transmistters is no more than 20 transmitters for
every one receiver.

Glassbreak must be used with an EN-compliant glassbreak interface.

To comply with EN50131-3:2009, do not set or unset the system using the SPCE120 (Indicator
Expander) or the SPCE110 (Keyswitch Expander).
