1. Disconnect the
TO INJ VALVE IN - P/ELUENT OUT
line from the EGC

Mixer inlet.
2. Use a 10-32 to 10-32 coupler (P/N 042627) to connect the yellow
0.5 mL/min, 7 MPa (1000 psi) backpressure coil (P/N 053765) to the
TO INJ VALVE IN - P/ELUENT OUT
line.
3. Connect a 10-32 to 1/4-28 coupler (P/N 042806) to the free end of the
backpressure coil.
4. Disconnect the
TO SRS/AES REGEN OUT
line from the suppressor
REGEN OUT
port.
5. Connect the
TO SRS/AES REGEN OUT
line to the 10-32 to 1/4-28
coupler (see Figure 5-61 ).
NOTE The backpressure coil connection in Figure 5-61 is
temporary; it is used only during the hydration and
conditioning procedure described in the next
section.
