15. Mount the HiPath system on the wall again.
16. Attach the cable connectors again onto the motherboard, expansion cards and the optional
modules.
17. Reconnect the power cord and start the system.

Replacing the Backplane for HiPath 3300/3500 (19” Rack)
To replace the backplane, proceed as follows:
1.
Dconnect the HiPath system by unplugging the power cord from the wall socket.
2.
Remove the cable connectors from the motherboard, the expansion cards and the optional
modules.
3.
Pull out the HiPath system pull from the rack and remove the cover.
4.
Remove the motherboard, expansion cards and the optional modules.
5.
Remove the UPSC-DR power supply from the HiPath system:

a)
Remove the fan from the backplane.
b)
Disconnect the power plug from the UPSC-DR power supply.
c)
Remove the PB 3000 connector from the housing.
d)
Unscrew the UPSC-DR power supply .
