11. Specify the PCP parameters through the front panel using the soft keys adjacent to the
PCP parameters and the up and down arrow keys on the right side of the front panel.
The following is an example of the source PCP parameters selection screen on the 882
front panel.
Alternatively, you can specify the EditPCP parameters through the command line as
follows:
CPTX:CTSV 1.2 // specifies which HDCP CTS you wish to test to.
Values are 1.1 for CTS 1.1 and 1.2 for CTS 1.2.
CPTX:SKSV 10 // specifies maximum number of downstream devices
listed in the KSV list of the device under test.
Valid values are 1-127.
CPTX:SRAC 5 // specifies number of times a source DUT attempts
authentication before transitioning into the
authenticated state. Valid values, 1 or greater.
CPTX:SOOR 0 // indicates whether DUT (source) outputs content
to the downstream repeater that does not have any
downstream device connected.
Values are: 1 = yes; 0 = no.
Note 1: This parameter is not used when testing to
HDCP CTS 1.2.
CPTX:SCEH 1 // Indicates whether DUT (source) supports the
content protection and EDID hot plug signal.
Values are: 0 = no; 1 = yes.
Note 1: This parameter is not used when testing to
HDCP CTS 1.1.
CPTX:SDCZ 0 // indicates whether what value the 882 should use
for testing. A value of 0 means the device count
specified by the SKSV will be used for testing.
A value of 1 means device count of zero will be
used.
Note 1: This parameter is only used for the
1B-01 for HDCP CTS 1.1.
Note 2: The 1B-01 test should be run for both
settings of this parameter only if the Source Out
Only Repeater is set to yes. If Source Out Only
Repeater is set to no, this parameter is ignored
in the HDCP CTS 1.1 test.
Note 3: The 1B-01 test should be run for both
settings of this parameter for the HDCP CTS 1.2
test.
12. Press the Options key to save the capabilities definition.
The 882 LCD will display the message “Saved”.
