Hyperlinks are provided for each alert event type to guide the user to a directory of
files for that specific alert event type.
Minimum space is maintained between 300 MB and 100 MB. If the EAS device
available storage space drops below 100 Megabytes, the oldest events will be chosen
for automatic deletion. This process is initiated after every alert event and at midnight
every night. If a minimum space condition is detected, event data is deleted until
at least 300 MB of space becomes available. The deletion time periods are also
automatically adjusted downward if needed to reflect the dates of the deleted events.
