b Make sure that echoes appear on the display presentation.
c [ Sonar room ]: Make sure that all the transceiver boards are fully functional.
d [ Sonar room ]: If possible, verify that you can hear the sound of the transmit pulse
from the transducer.
e Set
Tx Power
to Medium .
f Make sure that echoes on the display presentation appear stronger.
g [ Sonar room ]: If possible, verify that the sound of the transmit pulse is louder.
h Set
Tx Power
to Maximum .
i Make sure that echoes on the display presentation appear even stronger.
j [ Sonar room ]: If possible, verify that the sound of the transmit pulse is even louder.
8 Set
Tx Power
to Off .
9 Hoist the transducer to its upper position.

10 Notify the sonar room that the test
is finished.
11 [ Sonar room ]: Close the door
on the Transceiver Unit.
12 [ Sonar room ]: Close the door on the Motor Control Unit.
