Probable Cause
The VTS cannot obtain construct information due to a
program error.
Contact your System Administrator.
Message OP0142
Stacked volume xxxxxx exists in the VTS database but
doesn’t exist in the Library Manager database.
1.
Contact your System Administrator.
2.
Locate the physical volume and reinsert it into the
library via the Convenience I/O or the high capacity
rack.
Message OP0143
VTS x has completed processing the stacked volumes
as part of the Disaster Recovery inventory.
Proceed with the next step in the disaster recovery which
should be the inserting of logical volumes (Commands
pulldown).
