Reverting Configuration Changes
Use the REVERT command to restore the configuration parameters that were active at the time of the
last SAVE. Any changes made using the SET command since the last SAVE are lost.
The REVERT command has the same options as the SAVE command:
Ÿ Alert
Ÿ All
Ÿ Community
Ÿ Device
Ÿ LAN_emul
Ÿ Module_port
Ÿ Static_route
Ÿ Terminal
Ÿ TFTP.
For example, when working remotely, you may want to change the console prompt used in your local
workgroup switch session to more easily identify it.

By using the REVERT TERMINAL command, you can later revert the prompt setting back to the default:

Note that when you enter the REVERT TERMINAL command, you revert all TERMINAL parameters,
such as BAUD, DATA_BITS, HANGUP, PARITY, STOP_BITS, and TIMEOUT.
Reverting LES Configuration Settings
1. Before reverting the configuration settings of the LES, you must stop the LES with the SET
LAN_EMUL SERVER
n STOP command.
2. You should then verify the LES has been stopped (after the emulated LAN membership of each LEC
has been released) using the SHOW LAN_EMUL SERVERS command.
3. Reverting the LES parameters returns the LES to the state it was in at the last SAVE.
