This command sets the Bridge Forward Delay parameter for the common and internal
spanning tree to the default value, that is, 15.

7.6.2.6 spanning-tree hello-time
This command sets the Hello Time parameter to a new value for the common and internal
spanning tree. The hellotime value is in whole seconds within a range of 1 to 10 with the value
being less than or equal to "(Bridge Max Age / 2) - 1".

spanning-tree hello-time <1-10>
