(7) High pressure protection control
Pressure switch (operation pressure: 2.5 MPa) is activated causing abnormal stop of
compressor
To reset, turn OFF the power switch (or operation switch) and turn it restart again.
Error code “
EJ
” is displayed on the remote controller.
(8) Low pressure protection control
Stopped temporarily when BU_LP < -0.015 MPa. Restarted after 2-10 minutes standby.
This control sends “
E4
” to AIRNET without abnormal stop of the compressor.
(9) Overheat protection control
If any of the following conditions is met, the system will cease operation. The compressor
restarts once the unit has been on standby for 2-6 minutes AND BU_Td < 90°C. “

” is displayed on the booster PCB LED. If a
particular compressor repeats this procedure 10 times, “
F3
” will be sent to the AIRNET; if it
repeats it 15 times, the compressor will stop. “

If the following condition is met, the relevant compressor will stop immediately and declare a
problem (abnormal stop).

Detection during initial power-up
The system will check for earth leakage while the compressor is running for the first 10 seconds after power-up. A
compressor will stop abnormally if the power breaker is turned OFF or the earth leakage detector PCB is activated
during the 10-second period describe above.
With the operation switch in OFF, reset the system by turning on the power OFF and then restart again.
