(12) Receiver liquid pressure control
When four way valve switching is not used during control of redundant refrigerant recovery 3
or Operation mode: 74, 75, 80 continues for 5 minutes ··· SV0: ON
Operation mode: 74, 75, 80 & Td < 60°C Min(Td, Tp) - f(HP) < 10°C ··· SV0: OFF
(13) Overheat protection control
If any of the following conditions is met, the system will cease operation. INV. compressors
will resume operation after 2 to 6 minutes in standby and 100°C or less, while STD
compressors will restart after 3 to 10 minutes and 100°C or less. If a particular compressor
repeats this procedure 10 times, “
F3
” will be sent to the AIRNET; if it repeats it 15 times, the
compressor will stop.
If the following condition is met, the relevant compressor will stop immediately and declare a
problem (abnormal stop).
Discharge gas temperature
≥
150°C.
To reset, turn OFF the power switch (or operation switch) and restart it again.
(14) High pressure protection control
If the following condition is met, the compressor load will be reduced significantly.
After multiple retries are made and the retry counter is reached, the compressor will stop and
declare a problem (abnormal stop). (For details, see the list of errors.)
The high pressure retry code “
E3
” and the number of retries will be sent to the AIRNET.
Protection set value of high pressure sensor
When mode is not completed: 3.332 MPa (cooling), 3.283MPa (heating)
When mode is completed: 3.479 MPa (cooling), 3.43MPa (heating)
Stops in 5 steps down during INV. compressor operation and in the order of STD2 and STD1
during STD compressor operation.
Pressure switch (operation pressure: 3.8MPa (400V class)) is activated causing error stop of
compressor.
To reset, turn OFF the power switch (or operation switch) and restart it again.
(15) Low pressure protection control
If the pressure drops below 0.00MPa, the system will cease operation. After 2 to 10 minutes
in standby, the system will resume operation. Also, for the refrigeration, closing of the
suction stop valve will be detected up to 3 hours of cumulative operation of the compressor
after start-up. The air-conditioner will abnormally stop at the fifth retry up to an hour of
cumulative operation of the compressor after start-up, and the tenth retry subsequently.
When the closure of the suction stop is detected, the system will abnormally stop. For the
refrigeration, the system will not stop abnormally due to low pressure 3 hours after start-up
or later. (The low pressure retry code “
E4
” will be sent to the AIRNET.)
Low pressure switch (operation pressure: 0.00MPa) is activated causing an abnormal stop
of STD1 compressor. When LPS1 is activated for 10 continuous minutes, “
H4
” is sent to
AIRNET and remote controller.
Recovery is via auto recovery.
(16) STD compressor overcurrent protection control
The following condition is met, the system will stop operation. STD compressors will resume
operation after 10 minutes in standby. If a compressor repeats this procedure twice, “E0” will
be sent to the AIRNET. If it repeats it 3 times, the relevant compressor will stop.
STD compressor current >14.95A continues for 2.1 consecutive sec. or more. (400 class)
Operation mode: 8, 11, 12, 24, 43, 46, 47, 59 & HP - LP2 < 0.294 MPa continues for 2
consecutive min. or more, and the system will stop operation. STD compressors will resume
operation after 30 minutes in standby. If a compressor repeats this procedure twice, “
E0
” will
be sent to the AIRNET. If it repeats it 3 times, the relevant compressor will stop.
OR
• Discharge gas temperature >120°C continues for 70 consecutive sec. or more
• Discharge gas temperature >125°C continues for 30 consecutive sec. or more
• Discharge gas temperature >130°C
