(17) Earth leakage detection control
1. Detection using a earth leakage detection board
If the high pressure sensor reading below 3.371MPa, the earth leakage detector PCB will be
activated. Then the compressor operation will stop and declare a problem (abnormal
stop). To reset, turn OFF the power switch (or operation switch) and restart it again.
2. Detection during initial power-up
The system will check for earth leakage while the compressor is running for the first 10
seconds after power-up. A compressor will stop abnormally if the power breaker is turned
OFF or the earth leakage detector PCB is activated during the 10-second period describe
above. If the breaker is turned OFF, turn the breaker on again. If the same thing happens
again, disable the defective compressor and perform a backup operation using the
remaining compressors. With the operation switch in OFF, reset the system by turning on
the power OFF and then restart again.
(18) Judgement of booster unit error
When booster unit error is confirmed. ··· “
EJ
” is displayed.
During booster unit backup operation. ··· “

(20) Transmission system errors
Indoor/outdoor transmission error between indoor and outdoor air conditioning units
Display: U4
Backup: Refrigeration is capable of continuous operation (However, if the outdoor unit is turned
OFF, the system will shut down because it cannot escape from the initialize state.)
Indoor/outdoor transmission error between indoor air conditioning units
Display: U9
Backup: Refrigeration is capable of continuous operation (However, if the outdoor unit is turned
OFF, the system will shut down because it cannot escape from the initialize state.)
Outdoor multi transmission error between outdoor unit main PCB and sub PCB
Display: U7
System stoppage
Indoor/outdoor transmission error between booster unit and outdoor air conditioning unit
Display: EJ
Booster unit is also capable of continuous operation. (Air conditioning is also possible.)
(However, when the outdoor unit does not give the booster unit permission to operate and a
transmission error such as LP1
≥
1.764 MPa occurs, the booster unit stops.)
