The rod 1ower end rests in the
end part of spray tip needle. From
above on a rod is pressed-on the re-
tainer 7, in which the injector
spring 13 rests. The preliminary
spring tension force is adjusted by
the screw 9 that screwed-in in the
spring nut 11 with lock nut 8. On
the spring nut is screwed on the cap
10 with sealing washer 12.

The fuel to injector is supplied through the union 15, in which
the bushing 14, pressing the mesh filter 16 is installed. The fuel filtered
between a needle and the spray tip body, is removed from injector
through the drainage pipline.
The injector is installed in a brass sleeve of the cylinder head.
Under the end face of spray tip nut the corrugated copper sealing
washer from break of gases is laid.
