Check up free rack travel (a play) for delivery-off. It should
be 1 mm at 450-500 min

and at the rest of the governor control lever
against the minimum speed-limiting bolt. Adjust with the link screw
ATTENTION!
THE LUGGING OF THE LINK CLAMP SCREW
FOR AN EXTERNAL END FACE OF THE GOVERNOR COVER IS
INADMISSIBLE.

Check up the beginning of starting fuel delivery off at
230–250 min

at rest of control lever against the minimal speed-
limiting bolt on the start of rack movement. If it is required to increase
speed, take off the spring grip from the rack lever and screw it in a
spring. For reduction of speed the grip must be turned out. After that
put the grip on the rack lever.

Check up the average cycle starting fuel delivery, which
should be not less 230 mm

speed. It adjusted with the screw of the link only in the side of the fuel
delivery increasing.

Check up the pump camshaft speed appropriated to the mo-
ment of the governor action beginning. It should be occured at speed
1065-1085 min

for 806.6-50 fuel pump and 1025-1045 min

for
807.6-50 fuel pump. Measure with tachometer at the moment of rack
movement start to side of delivery-off. The rack movement start de-
termine with indicator arrangement. Adjust with maximal speed limit-
ing bolt.

Check up the speed appropriate to the fuel delivery full stop,
determined on the moment of the fuel delivery stop from injectors. The
full delivery stop should occur at speed 50-100 min
-1
more than the
speed of the rack movement start. Measure with tachometer.
Adjust with double-arm lever screw. At screwing-in the fre-
quency of rotation the rack movement end decreased, at screwing-out -
is increased. Thus the beginning of delivery stop changes also, its sub-
sequent checking and adjusting on item 7 therefore is necessary. After
adjusting reliably safe the double-arm lever screw with lock nuts.

Check up and if necessary adjust with a set of injectors of
261-03C model at the rest of the governor control lever against the
maximal speed limiting bolt the average cycle fuel delivery, the gain of
average cycle delivery and non-uniformity of fuel delivery on sections,
which should be:
