ening with torque 11…12,5 kgfm of four bolts 5 fastenings of
plates to half-coupling and to damper coupling;

and tightness of the bolt 5 (torque should be 43,2…58,9 Nm
(4,4…6 kgf·m));

screw-out (loosen) two bolts 4 and by turn of the injection ad-
vance angle coupling in limits of oval holes on half-coupling
flange align marks “A” and “

”;
•
not forcing down the marks align position
tighten the drive
bolts 4 with torque 43,2…58,9 N·m (4,4…6 kgf·m). Thus the
deviation of a package of plates from location in one plane
should be within of
±
1 mm. Make the measuring near to
places of fastening of plates;
•
having turned the crankshaft check up correctness of the fuel
injection advance angle adjusting. The mark non-alignment
should be no more than one division or 1° of crankshaft turn.
