The list of the equipment for inspection and adjusting of the
pumps :the stands made by the enterprise "Motorpal" (Czechia), firm
"Hansmann" (Austria) or of Russian manufacturing "

capacity of a drive not less than 11 kW.
The equipment and the stand instruments should meet the re-
quirements of GOST 10758-95:

The weighting machine of middle class accuracy on GOST
29329;

The arrangement for the control of the tappet rise -

The arrangement for the control of the governor action begin-
ning -

The stand should be equipped with additional system of supply-
ing the clean oil to the fuel pump with adjustable pressure up to
0,4 MPa (4 kgf/cm

) and system of compressed air supplying with the
device for gradually regulation of pressure from 0 up to 0,15 MPa
(from 0 up to 1,5 kgf/cm
2
).
The tests of pumps should be carried out with the clean diesel
fuel of the mark

on GOST 305-82 or special liquid consisting of
mixture of above fuel with industrial oil on GOST 20799-88, aircraft
oil on GOST 21743-76 or lighting kerosene on TU38.401-58-10-90,
having viscosity 5-6

The temperature of fuel, measured in outlet joint of the stand
with pipeline to the tested pump at the control of amount and non-
uniformity of the cycle deliveries should be 32

Before installation of the pump on the stand check up the ab-
sence of axial camshaft play. At presence of shaft play ensure the inter-
ference 0,01-0,07 mm, previously having adjusted of the camshaft play
of 0,03-0,09 mm with installation of adjusting gaskets controllable by
force 90-100 N (9-10 kgf), and then remove two gaskets with thickness
of 0,05 mm
The check and adjusting of the fuel pump should be carried out
at stand set of injectors of 26-03 model, having effective throughput
section

It is allowed to check and to adjust the fuel pump with a work-
ing set of checked injectors. Every injector should be assigned to cer-
tain section of the fuel pump and then the injector must be installed in
the order of their assignment to the pump section.
For stand set of high pressure pipelines it is necessary to apply
the pipes with length 415

3 mm, the difference in throughput of pipe-
lines, should not exceed 0,5
