1 – stop sleeve; 2 – stop; 3 – sleeve spring; 4 – piston spring; 5 –
membrane case 6 – membrane cover; 7 – membrane rod lock nut; 8 –
spring; 9 – rod and membrane as unit; 10 – corrector spring case; 11 –
corrector spring; 12 – spool; 13 – piston; 14 – corrector cover; 15 – oil
inlet union; 16 – corrector case; 17 – lever; 18 – lever pin; 19 – lever;
20 – spacer; 21 – lever adjusting bolt
The tightness of the mated details of the corrector is carried out
with the cartoon gaskets.
At the not running engine the pressure of oil in lubrication sys-
tem and air in the inlet collectors is absent. The spring 4 presses the
piston 13 with stop 2 to the corrector case 16.
The
spring 11 presses
the spool 12 and rod 9 with membrane against the stop in membrane
cover.
At start-up of the engine the oil from the engine lubrication sys-
tem through union 15 begins to go in the corrector piston cavity and
through open drainage windows of the piston, axial spool channels,
piston and stop is drained to the governor cavity.
At the engine idle run the pump rack moves from a starting po-
sition to the position of fuel supply decreasing.
Under action of spring
3 sleeve 1 moves turning the lever 19.
The sleeve moving relatively
the stop results in overlapping of stop drainage windows, therefore free
drainage stops, the pressure of oil in under-piston cavity is increased;
