8.3 The gain of the average cycle delivery at speed 650 min

appropriated to the maximal torque and at 500 min

, is adjusted with
the positive corrector nut. At turn the nut in delivery gain is reduced, at
turn out - is increased. After adjusting reliable safe the nut.
Check of fuel pumps on points 1-8 to make at absence of pres-
sure of air and oil in the corrector on pressure charging.
9 Check up work of the supercharge fuel corrector, for this
purpose:
9.1 Wash up in clean gasoline the union mesh filter 15 (fig. 23)
and carefully blow its with compressed air,
9.2 Clean the calibrated hole in the corrector case with a soft
wire with a diameter of 0,5 - 0,7 mm.
9.3 Check up the air tightness of the membrane cavity. For this
purpose to the membrane case cover hole supply air under pressure
0,06
±
0,01 MPa (0,6
±
0,1 kgf/cm
2
). At completely blocked supply air-
line the fall of pressure in the membrane cavity during 2 min should
not exceed 0,01 MPa (0,1 kgf/cm
2
).
9.4 Adjust the pump camshaft speed 650
±
10 min

, supply to
the corrector the oil under pressure 0,275
±
0,025 MPa (2,75
±
0,25
kgf/cm
2
), the control lever should be on the rest in against the maximal
speed limiting bolt.
For introduction in work of the supercharge fuel corrector one
time switch off the fuel delivery with link clamp then transfer the
clamp in position « delivery on».
9.5 Check the values of cycle fuel delivery at various air pres-
sures in the membrane cavity, which should be:

The cycle deliveries, marked with *) should be provided at oil
inlet pressure in corrector 0,275

the oil pressure decreasing to 0.15 MPa (1,5 kgf/cm

changing of the real cycle delivery on 3 mm

At the oil pressure changing at corrector inlet from 0,06 MPa
