The generator should be meet to «1702.3771 Generator data».
On checking the switches Q2

Q3 are opening, and switch Q1
is closing under loading at checking. At testing without load and under
load the rotor speed gradually increased, until the voltage on the PV1
voltmeter will reach up to 28 V. Under load test the needed load cur-
rent is installed on the ammeter PA, after that the rotor speed is meas-
ured.

MAINTENANCE SERVICE
At daily service check work of the generator on the indications
of a signal lamp and indicator of the storage battery charge current. At
the engine start the signal lamp should light up, and after start-up of the
engine - has gone out.
At every second M-2 check the reliability of the generator fas-
tening to the engine, belt tension and the connections of wires with
generator terminals.
